Abstract or summary
Nuk janë të rralla rastet kur në kryerjen e një vepre penale marrin pjesë më shumë persona. Praktika tregon se në raste të tilla ekzistojnë shumë forma të ndryshme të veprimit të përbashkët dhe shkallë e ndryshme e kontributit të pjesëmarrësve në kryerjen e veprës penale. Ekzistojnë bashkimet kriminale të organizuara mirë dhe me strukturë udhëheqëse që merren me kriminalitet si një lloj i veprimtarisë së përhershme, por ekzistojnë edhe forma tjera të veprimtarisë së përbashkët kriminale me shkallë më të ulët të organizimit. Këtu më së shpeshti bëhet fjalë për lidhjen momentale të më shumë personave për kryerjen e një vepre penale.

Practice has shown that in such cases there are many different forms of joint enterprise and different degrees of contribution by participants in committing a criminal offence. There exist well-organized criminal associations with leading structures that are engaged in criminality as a permanent type of activity, but there are other forms of joint criminal ventures with a lower degree of organization. These have mainly to do with ad hoc connections of more persons to commit a criminal offence. | ||||
