Abstract or summary
Seanca për vërtetimin e fakteve relevante lidhur me dënimin, është një seancë tejet e rëndësishme përmes së cilës mund të vërtetohet ndonjë fakt i cili ka ndikim në caktimin e llojit dhe të lartësisë së dënimit. Kjo seancë, mund të caktohet vetëm në rastet kur i pandehuri e ka pranuar fajësinë gjatë shqyrtimit fillestar dhe e njëjta mund të zbatohet vetëm pranë gjykatave themelore. Seanca për vërtetimin e fakteve relevante lidhur me dënimin është një risi, ngase, për herë të parë është parashikuar në Kodin e Procedurës Penale.
