Objekt i çështjes është vlerësimi i kushtetutshmërisë së vendimit të kontestuar, i cili, pretendohet te ketë shkelur te drejtat e parashtrueses së kërkesës te garantuara me Kushtetutën e Republikës së Kosovës (ne tekstin e mëtejmë: Kushtetuta), përkatësisht neni 24, paragrafi 1 dhe 2 [Barazia para Ligjit].Parashtruesja e kërkesës, gjithashtu, kërkon nga Gjykata Kushtetuese e Republikës së Kosovës (ne tekstin e mëtejmë: Gjykata) te vendose Mase te përkohshme, gjegjësisht, të parandaloje ekzekutimin e dënimit ndaj saj, e cila, me Aktgjykimin e Gjykatës Themelore ne Prishtine, PKR. nr. 247/14, te 1 tetorit 2014, ishte dënuar me burgim prej 1 (një) viti.

The Applicant also requests the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo (hereinafter: the Court) to impose an interim measure, namely, to prevent the execution of the sentence against her, who, by Judgment PKR. No. 247/14 of the Basic Court in Prishtina of 1 October 2014 was sentenced to imprisonment of 1 (one) year. |
