Abstract or summary
Të drejtat e të pandehurit në procedurën penale, janë të garantuara me Kushtetutë dhe Kodin e Procedurës Penale të Kosovës, si dhe me Konventa Ndërkombëtare, e që si të tilla organet të cilat zbatojnë procedurën penale janë të obliguara që t’i respektojnë në tërsi. Në këtë punim, në mënyrë të detajuar do të trajtohen këto të drejta, pozita juridike e të pandehurit në procedurë penale, në faza të ndryshme të procedurës. Vëmendje e posaçme do t’i kushtohet të drejtave të pandehurit në të gjitha fazat e procedurës penale, si dhe mjetet juridike të cilat ka të drejtë t’i përdor i pandehuri për mbrojtjen efikase të të drejtave të tij.

In this work, these rights shall be looked at in detail, the legal status of the defendant in criminal proceedings, during different stages of the proceedings. Particular attention shall be given to the rights of the defendant during all stages of the proceedings, as well as legal remedies available to the defendant for effective defense of his rights. | ||||
