Abstract or summary
Në kohën bashkëkohore, vepra penale Kalimi i paautorizuar i vendkalimeve kufitare ose i vijës kufitare, në shumicën e vendeve në botë, e me theks të veçantë në Republikën e Kosovës, si pasojë e migrimit të shtetasve të vendit tonë që ndodhën në kohët e fundit, janë shënuar shumë raste të kryerjes së kësaj forme të veprës penale. Në këtë drejtim, vlen të theksohet se sikurse çdo formë e veprës penale, edhe vepra penale kalimi i paautorizuar i vendkalimeve kufitare ose i vijës kufitare, ka karakteristikat e veta specifike.
