Abstract or summary
Vendi i ngjarjes në procedurën hetimore nuk është diçka e re, por një veprim kriminalistik mjaft i hershëm, kur dihet fakti që veprimet kriminale nga kriminelet ishin preokupim që nga lindja e shteteve,andaj me qellim të mbrojtjes nga veprimet e tilla kriminale mjaft të modifikuara,domosdo lindë nevoja e përparimit të kësaj procedure kriminale. Jo rrallë ndodh që veprimet paraprake të krimineleve,para se të ndërmarrin veprime kriminale i modifikojnë mjaft mirë dhe në mënyrë strukturore edhe me vendin e ngjarjes në atë mënyrë që alibia e tyre ju humb hetimeve kahun në tërësi, apo më mirë të themi se vështirëson në një masë të madhe hetimin, ashtu që edhe hetuesit më të përgatitur profesionalisht, jo rrallëherë ndodh që të mos vie deri tek e vërteta apo zbardhja e rastit kriminal.

| Translated abstract or summary: | Inspection of the crime scene is nothing new in the investigation procedure, but it presents a preliminary action on the criminal offence, having in mind that criminal actions carried out by the criminals use to be major concern for the society since the time when states were established. Therefore for purposes of protection from such quite modified criminal actions, there was a need for further advancement of such criminal procedure. Often it happens that preliminary actions of the criminals, prior of undertaking their criminal actions they structure and modify the same, including the crime scene in a way that their alibi completely losses the traces to the investigation, or makes the investigation in a large extent rather difficult, so not rarely it happens that even the most professionally qualified investigation officers fail to find the truth and resolve the criminal case. | ||||||
