Për mënyrën e pagesës së dënimit me gjobë, qoftë kur ai është shqiptuar si dënim i vetëm apo së bashku me dënimin me burgim, pa përjashtim vlejnë dispozitat e nenit 46 të KPPK-së. Gjykata në situatën kur i dënuari nuk e paguan dënimin me gjobë i ka në dizpozicion katër alternativa të mundshme të veprimit dhe do e zbatojë atë alternativë që është caktuar në dispozitivin e aktgjykimit ( neni 46, par. 2,3,4 dhe 5 i KPK-së)

| Translated abstract or summary: | As regards to the manner of payment of punishment by fine, whether it is imposed as single punishment or jointly with a sentence of imprisonment, without exception are applicable the provisions of article 46 of the KPCC. The court in the situation when the convicted person fails to pay the fine has available four alternatives action and shall apply that alternative prescribed in the enacting clause of the judgement (article 46, par. 2,3,4 and 5 of the CCK) |
