Abstract or summary
Arsye e trajtimit të “Masave të Diversitetit ndaj të Miturve” është se kategoria e të miturve është shumë e ndjeshme për shkak të zhvillimit psiko fizik të tyre. Vendimtare për t’u përcaktuar nё trajtimin e kësaj dukurie është fakti shqetësues se një numër i madh i kryesve të veprave penale në vendin tonë janë të moshes së re. Andaj, gjetja e masave sa më adekuate ndaj kësaj kategorie paraqet interes të studimit në fushën e drejtësisë penale. Ky punim përveç pjesës hyrëse është ndarë në dy pjesë që përfshinë përfundimin dhe literaturën e përdorur. Në pjesën e parë të këtij punimi kryesisht kemi trajtuar historikun e masave të diversitetit që nga fillimet e tyre. Ndërkaq, në pjesën e dytë të këtij punimi kemi trajtuar format e zbatimit të masave të diversitetit sipas sistemit tonë penal dhe trajtimi i te miturve me rastin e shqiptimit te masave te diversitetit (ekzekutimi i masave të diversitetit). Pjesa përfundimtare e këtij punimi përmban konstatimet kryesore për Masat e Diversitetit ndaj të Miturve. Në fund të këtij punimi është dhënë regjistri i literaturës së përdorur për nevojat e këtij punimi.

| Translated abstract or summary: | The reason for elaborating “Diversity Measures on Juveniles” is that juveniles as a category are very sensitive due to their mental and physical development. The disturbing fact that a considerable number of criminal offences are juveniles, is what lead to choose this topic for elaboration. Thus, finding more adequate measures to impose to this category represents an interest of study in the field of criminal law. This paper, beside the introduction part is divided in two parts which include the conclusions and bibliography. In the first part of this paper we have mainly elaborated the background of the diversity measures commencing from its establishment. Whereas in the second part of this paper we have elaborated implementation forms of the diversity measures according to our criminal system and juvenile treatment when diversity measures are imposed (enforcement of diversity measures. The final part of this paper contain main findings on Diversity Measures on Juveniles. While by the end of this paper the bibliography used for the purpose of preparing this paper is provided. | ||||||
