Abstract or summary
Me ndihmën mjaft bujare të IFC-së dhe SECO-së, janë zhvilluar dy Manuale të cilat posaçërisht i dedikohen Ligjit për Falimentimin dhe zbatimin e tij; Manuali për Gjyqtarë dhe Manuali për Administratorët e Falimentimit. Të dy Manualet kanë për qëllim që të ndihmojnë Gjykatësit, Administratorët dhe praktikuesit e tjerë ligjorë në zbatimin e Ligjit të ri dhe të Procedurave të reja.
