Abstract or summary
Ky doracak ndjek parimet kryesore të të mësuarit gjatë gjithë jetës (Burimi: “Making a European Area of Lifelong Learning a Reality”, Komisioni Evropian 2001): “i gjithë aktiviteti i të mësuarit, i ndërmarrë gjatë jetës, me synim përmirësimin e njohurive, aftësive dhe kompetencave, brenda një perspektive personale, civile, shoqërore dhe aspekteve të tjera që lidhen me punësimin” (Komisioni Evropian). Prapa idesë së të mësuarit gjatë gjithë jetës qëndron bindja se të mësuarit është një profesion i gjithë-pranishëm, i cili nuk kufizohet në klasë, por ndodh çdo ditë dhe përgjatë gjithë jetës sonë. Ideja është ngritur si parakusht për përmbushjen e punësimit dhe shërbimeve të mira për klientët dhe të administruarit në fusha të ndryshme të shtetit dhe shoqërisë, por edhe në gjyqësor. Përderisa bëhet fjalë për të mësuarit e planifikuar në aftësimin profesional, ai përfshinë përcaktimin e objektivave të duhur të të mësuarit, plotësimin e nevojave reale të të trajnuarve, nxitjen e punësimit, performancën profesionale në punë, si dhe përgjegjësinë ndaj shoqërisë. Parimet që mbështesin të mësuarit gjatë gjithë jetës dhe udhëzojnë zbatimin efikas të tij theksojnë nxënësin në qendër, rëndësinë e mundësive të barabarta, si dhe cilësinë dhe rëndësinë e mundësive të të mësuarit.

| Translated abstract or summary: | This Handbook follows the main principles of Life-Long Learning (source “Making a European Area of Lifelong Learning a Reality”, EU Commission 2001): “all learning activity undertaken throughout life, with the aim of improving knowledge, skills and competences within a personal, civic, social and/or employment-related perspective” (EU Commission). Behind the idea of Life-Long Learning (LLL) stands the conviction that learning is an omnipresent occupation, which is not limited to classrooms, but happens every day and throughout all our lives. This idea was raised as a pre-condition for satisfying employment and good services to customers and trustees in different fields of state and society, also in the judiciary. As far as planned learning in vocational training is concerned, it comprises establishing adequate objectives of learning, meeting the real needs of trainees, fostering employability, professional job performance as well as responsibility towards society. The principles which underpin lifelong learning and guide its effective implementation emphasize the centrality of the learner, the importance of equal opportunities and the quality and relevance of learning opportunities. | ||||||||||||
