Objekt i çështjes është kërkesë për rivlerësimin e kushtetutshmërisë se Aktgjykimit, Rev. nr. 25/2012 te Gjykatës Supreme, te 10 majit 2013, me te cilin pretendohet te jene shkelur te drejtat e parashtruesve te garantuara me nenin 31 [E Drejta për Gjykim te Drejte dhe te Paanshëm], nenin 49 [E Drejta e Punës dhe Ushtrimit te Profesionit], nenin 53 [Interpretimi i Dispozitave për te Drejtat e Njeriut] dhe nenin 54 [Mbrojtja Gjyqësore e te Drejtave] te Kushtetutës se Republikës se Kosovës (ne tekstin e mëtejmë: Kushtetuta).
