Abstract or summary
Ndryshimet në ligjet e gjyqësorit kanë ndikuar në organizimin e PTF-së, si në kategorinë e përfituesve, organizimin e provimit përgatitor dhe kohëzgjatjen e trajnimit fillestar. Sipas këtyre ndryshimeve PTF zgjatë 12 muaj dhe organizohet për gjyqtarët dhe prokurorët e shtetit të sapoemëruar ndërsa Provimi Përgatitor organizohet dhe vlerësohet nga KGJK dhe KPK.
