Ky Doracak në mënyrë gjithëpërfshirëse përshkruan fazën e trajnimit praktik në Programin e Trajnimit Fillestar i cili organizohet nga IGJK për gjyqtarët dhe prokurorët e sapoemëruar. Doracaku po ashtu, në mënyrë profesionale paraqet detyrat e mentorit dhe pjesëmarrësve në trajnim, kompetencat profesionale dhe ndërprofesionale, kushtet e punës, rekomandimet për punën e mentorit, si dhe po ashtu përmban edhe disa shtojca për pjesën e trajnimit praktik.
