Abstract or summary
Me shpronësim nënkuptojmë se pasuria e paluajtshme mund të shpronësohet kur kjo paluajtshmëri është e nevojshme me qëllim të ndërtimit të objekteve ekonomike, banimi, komunale, shëndetësore, kulturore dhe objekteve tjera me interes të përgjithshëm. Pasuria e paluajtshme mund të shpronësohet edhe kur kjo është e nevojshme me qëllim zhvillimi të punimeve tjera me interes të përgjithshëm.
