Objekt i çështjes është vlerësimi i kushtetutshmërisë së Aktgjykimit të lartcekur te Gjykatës Supreme, për të cilin parashtruesi pretendon, se i ka shkelur te drejtat e tij te garantuara me nenin 31 [E Drejta per Gjykim te Drejte dhe te Paanshëm] të Kushtetutës se Republikës së Kosovës (ne tekstin e mëtejmë: Kushtetuta), nenin 6 [E Drejta për një Proces te Rregullt] te Konventës Evropiane per Mbrojtjen e te Drejtave dhe Lirive Themelore te Njeriut (ne tekstin e mëtejmë: KEDNJ), si dhe nenin 10 te Deklaratës Universale për te Drejtat e Njeriut ( ne tekstin e mëtejmë: DUDNJ).
