Abstract or summary
Ky doracak është rezultat i punës së pesë ekspertëve të procedurave të përmbarimit civil. Prandaj, ky si i tillë, siguron një burim të mirë për praktikat e procedurave të zbatueshme të përmbarimit civil në Kosovë. Doracaku është hartuar nga një grup ekspertësh kosovar të procedurës civile dhe mendohet se ky aktualisht, por edhe në të ardhmen do të shërbejë si një udhëzues për praktikat gjyqësore, gjegjësisht për ata të cilët aktualisht punojnë në sistemin gjyqësor, por edhe për ata që në të ardhmen do të jenë të kyçur në çfarëdo forme në praktikat gjyqësore të kësaj natyre në Kosovë.
