Parashtruesi ne kërkese kërkon kthimin ne gjendjen e mëparshme në kuptim të afatit të paraparë të Aktvendimit për papranueshmëri KII29/14, te Gjykatës Kushtetuese, te 25 nëntorit 2014. 3. Kësaj kërkesë, parashtruesi ia ka bashkangjitur disa kërkesa te tij te drejtuara gjykatave te rregullta për qasje ne dosjen e lendes. Dokumentet e përmendura, parashtruesi i kërkesës ia kishte bashkangjitur edhe kërkesës se tij te mëparshme, KII29/14.
