Abstract or summary
Në artikullin “Interesi juridik në procedurën civile”, shpjegohet fillimisht nocioni “interes juridik”, me vështrim të veçantë në procedurën civile. Përtë vazhduar me shtjellimin e interesit juridik në kontestet me vlerë të vogël, ndërlidhjet e interesit juridik karshi llojeve të padive si dhe ndërhyrësit e tretë në procedurën civile. Dhe në fund kemi konkluzionin e artikullit në të cilin paraqitet një përmbledhje e gjithë punimit dhe mendimet rreth dilemave dhe çështjeve të ngritura, si rezultat i punimit.
