Abstract or summary
This module addresses the basic principles of Trademarks in the context of intellectual property system, and the history which led to the creation of the system of protection and implementation of trademarks, which is in force today. It also explains which the basic functions of trademarks are and how performing such functions trademarks affect the development of the economy.
