Abstract or summary
Ne ndihemi krenar dhe të nderuar të raportojmë se viti 2009, ishte edhe një vit gjatë të cilit Institutit Gjyqësor i Kosovës (në tekstin e mëtejmë IGJK) dëshmoi se është Institucion prijës në Arsimimin Ligjor. Ky raport vjetor pasqyron trajnimet dhe të arriturat tjera të rëndësishme të IGJKsë gjatë vitit 2009. Të gjitha aktivitetet e IGJK-së u përqendruan në ndërtimin e kapaciteteve të sistemit gjyqësor të Kosovës dhe u bazuan në dispozitat e ligjit mbi themelimin e IGJK-së, aktet nënligjore, planin strategjik tre vjeçar dhe prioritetet e përcaktuara me programet vjetore të punës.

| Translated abstract or summary: | We are honored and proud to report that in 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute’s (hereafter “the KJI”) activities, continued to establish the Institute as a leader in Legal Education. This Annual Report provides an overview of the KJI’s significant training and other important accomplishments during 2009. The KJI’s work focused on building the capacity of Kosovo’s judicial system and was done in accordance with the law that established KJI, its by-laws, the institute’s three year strategic plan, and the priorities outlined in the 2009 annual training curriculum. |
